Workshops YOGA ON & OFF

A series of workshops aimed at reminding you of the link between what is happening on your mat and elsewhere.
Together as the year progresses, we will explore the multitude of aspects that yoga encompasses, and I will do my best to share with you the depth and richness I have found (and still do) in this beautiful practice.
These workshops are accessible to all, and will always include a physical practice (sometimes vigorous) and a time to reflect, share and implement.
These workshops will be taught in French, but can be translated in English if necessary.

La Passerelle (26 rue de Crussol,75011 Paris)
Hameau des Libellules (1500 Route de la Closetterie, 14340 Manerbe)
Prices:
On site: 35 € (15 € deposit, 20 € left to pay directly on location)

In order to attend these workshops, you will need:

  • to register online (see link below) and pay a 10€ deposit (non refundable)
  • to bring the remaining in cash for the workshop
  • a yoga mat if you have one
  • water and warm or fresh clothes (depending on the practice and the season)
  • whatever makes you comfortable in your practice
  • something to write or to record
  • AN OPEN MIND!
