4 days & 3 nights in Pays d’Auge, Normandy, to celebrate Samhain and reconnect with your intuition through fun workshops and joyful and regenerating yoga. Bonfires and pumpkins, meditations and country walks, folk stories by the fire, over 10 hours of physical and spiritual practices, healthy and gourmet meals, cozy rooms in an enchanting setting.
The yoga and spiritual workshops will be led by Sophie (@yogiso) who has guided yogis and teachers thanks to her warm and accessible approach for over 15 years. Sophie will assist you, whether you have a regular practice or not.
Vegetarian meals are prepared by the talented Céline Van Daële. Celine is a nutritionist and certified naturopath, and combines her nutrition expertise and cooking skills to make each meal an unforgettable culinary experience.
